Welcome 5th graders!
You should have all begun the math quiz this morning during our RTI/Advisory time. As I mentioned in class yesterday, this is to provide you ample time to finish the quiz without feeling rushed.
Instead of taking your notebook and completing the daily number routine, please take your quiz off the back table and settle in to finishing it up. Remember to take a deep breath, visualize what we have been practicing, and try your best. You are welcome to ask a clarifying question, but as this is an assessment we can't help with a solution strategy.
When you are done, turn it in to the white pass in bucket and take a copy of the math challenge task. You may also use this time to catch up on any missing math homework assignments.
