Welcome mathematicians,
Yesterday we reviewed how to add mixed numbers with unlike denominators showing our thinking numerically....finally you were allowed not to include an area or number line model.
Today we will check in to make sure you are understanding this strategy and work on building your ability to mentally add and subtract mixed numbers, before we continue on more difficult problems.
