Welcome 5th Graders!
I hope you had a restful weekend. Today we will continue to work on understanding how to model and write numerical expressions based on a stated word problem.
Please remember that this not only begins to help us understand the order of operations (that parenthesis are computed first), but that there are multiple ways of recording a multiplication statement.
Let's kick off our day with our number routine to immediately get our mathematical thinking in high gear!
