Welcome 5th graders,

Today we continue with our initial lesson on Fractions.....making sure we understand three key concepts:

• Understand that fractions are quantities.
• 
  
• Understand that a fraction is interpreted in relation to a specified whole
• 
  
• Understand that there are three common ways to model fractions

Don't forget that you should use PLUS block to finish any incomplete assessments.  Tomorrow I will let you see your score and begin test corrections as needed.
