Though our class time today will be short, we need to make use of every second. Please have your notebook opened to the next blank page and write the date and topic on the top. Today we will take notes on equivalent fractions and showing how to add on a number line (tomorrow's textbook lesson).
Today's goal: Reinforce understanding of equivalent fractions as an equal value represented with more/smaller pieces/jumps.
